HELLO URBAN LIFE STYLE!

I was born and grew up in one of the most populated cities of the world, Tehran
It is not pleasant to live in a crowded city dealing with traffic all the time but it is addictive and I spent 24 years of my life with this life style and all of a sudden I moved to Windermere in suburb of Orlando and I remember in first couple of weeks I couldn't sleep at nights because it was too silent!!!! that's true it is strange how your body works but when you get used to something it is hard to change it whether or not it is natural
Now after 19 months I'm back to the same old life style, I got a condo in downtown Orlando and I'm so happy. I'm close to everything whatever you want is in your walking distance
I used to drive about 40 minuets to work and paying a fortune on gas and toll but now I drive to work in 10 minuets and as Master Card commercials say "gas X$, toll X$, not getting to work tired and exhausted, PRICELESS!!!"
Whenever you are sad and depressed you look out side the window you can see the "life", everything is so live and this is what really matters

Lecture of a lifetime by Dr.Randy Pausch

I'm not an emotional man, I used to be but I'm not anymore
A friend of mine sent me this video couple days ago and I watched it and it impressed me big time! Not because of looking at a man who is not going to live more than couple months but the way that reviews his own life and shares his experience with other people, that's what impresses me
I don't want to think about this man's life and the future of his children (I don't even know if he's still alive!!) but I know one thing for sure; sometimes you hear a sentence 1000 times but you may never "listen" to it, this lecture didn't have anything new didn't have anything that we hadn't heard before but it is a simple combination of many things that you need to know in your life
I really enjoyed it and I'm sure you will

Safari3

As I've mentioned before; I have never been an apple fan but recently they're growing in me
Today I downloaded Safari3  and it seems to be a very nice web browser, I don't like internet explorer and usually use fire fox which is good but sometimes it has some problems oppening pages with different languages such as Farsi, Arabic and etc, but with this browser I didn't have problem opening any page so far
Try it, you're gonna like it

Valentine's Day

There are few days during the year that being alone is the harder than ever, such as New year but one of the hardest with no doubt is Valentine's Day, I've heard a lot of stories about it and I know that many "Happy" relationships end at this night and it has one of the highest ranking of break ups but still it is hard for me to be alone, it is hard when you have someone that you love and you have someone who loves you but there are more than 2500 miles distance between you, I remember my first valentine when I was 18 and couldn't be with my girlfriend(at that time) either, at that time we were only 250 miles away and we thought that was the biggest gap between us! And this year is the second year in a row that I can't spend Valentine's day with my wife and it sucks, you always hear about "Globalization" but the borders between countries are getting stronger and stronger
Now Valentine's day means searching the web and looking for a reliable website to be able to send a flower to the other side of the world
I don't want to give up and I won't, I'm sure sooner or later I'll see the light at the end of the tunnel but I hope it wouldn't be too late!!!

Mac world

may be it is kind of out of date but I guess Mac World is important enough to talk about even after 2 days
I have never been a Mac user but I am a huge fan of Steve Jobs and if you take a quick look at his life you'll admire him too
As I said I never owned a Mac but I have an iphone since they released it on June 29th, and I'm really enjoying it, I admit that it has some flaws but as a professional cellphone user(I am a cellphone addict) I can tell this is one of the best phones ever
I was sure the this year steve jobs would announce a great product but it was predictable that it couldn't be as revolutionary as iphone , because products like that come every couple years, and I think Macbook Air has many great features that make it a great product although it is weird to imagine a computer without optical drive but still I don't know what people were expecting because I read many blogs and articles saying that Steve Jobs failed on recent Mac world and the price of the apple shares in stock market clearly shows that
I was planning to buy 100 shares of apple before Mac world (remembering last year price jump after announcing iphone), THANK GOD I DIDN'T!!
